A real estate management company is looking for a full-time Assistant Controller who will be responsible for providing accounting support to the Controller and other members of the Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries
• Monitoring cash flow and preparing forecasts
• Providing financial analysis and support to management
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Experience with real estate software like Yardi is a plus.
